You are now 6 months old! Hard to believe!!! You weigh 18.6 lbs. and measure 25 inches long. You are getting longer but your weight is holding steady. You are even losing your baby fat rolls. Now you only have one fat roll on your legs vs. two fat rolls! Your feet are a different story.....they are short and plump. You wear a size 2 shoe....that is, if we can find shoes to fit (Hence the reason you are barefoot in most pictures!). You are now officially in a size 3 diaper and 3-6 or 6 months clothes. This past month, you started teething, but no teeth yet. You will let me rub your gums....it is actually very cute....once my finger passes your lips, you open wide in a frozen state....if I could read your mind, I bet you are saying "Ahhhh that feels sooooo good! If I move, she might stop!" You actually don't mind Mommy or me picking at your face. You will sit still while Mommy cleans your ears with a q-tip. You also will sit still while I pick at your crusty nose after the cold you just had.....but you did draw the line with the wet q-tip up your nose and the use of the snot sucker! Two weeks ago your first words were Dada and recently you said Mama! Just as you turned 6 months old, you decided it was time to learn to crawl. You do a half crawl by pulling with one arm and pushing with all your might by your toes....once in a while you even get into the crawling position on your knees. You are definitely on the move!
