7-20-09-Courtney took a blood test at the local hospital and she tested negative. The embryo just wasn't big enough to produce a detectable HCG level......but Courtney wasn't convinced
7-21-09 Home Pregnancy test was positive! Courtney and Mike were thrilled! So was Grandma and Grandpa Dason!
7-22-09 Courtney had to update her shots for college (final year!), before doing so, she insisted on another pregnancy test by the doctor (a different doctor this time).....guess what? She was pregnant!
7-23-09 HCG levels 200 (9-10 day past ovulation, 3w2d Lmp)- Started all vitamins, progesterone pills and shots (40mg. lovenox, once per day). She has MTHFR (one copy). Her father has Factor XII, both are hereditary blood disorders with clotting issues. (Courtney had 3 previous miscarriages due to this blood problem. All within her first trimester.)
7-30-09 HCG levels 6,000 (4w2d)....more than doubling every 2/3 days!
