FIREWORKS- 2012

I would have titled this July 4th 2012, but a storm delayed the fireworks for two days! So on July 6th sweating in 95 degree heat at 10 pm we finally got to see the pretty and loud display in the sky. Nevaeh enjoyed them this year with Jordyn!

JULY 2012

Hottest spring (80-90 degrees) and summer (90 - 100 +) degrees on record! Tomorrow is going to be even hotter at 106! YIKES..... Toooo hot to even enjoy swimming. Never thought you'd hear me say that maybe we will get in the pool when it COOLS down! LOL!

NEW SONG

Uncle Andrew made up this song and now Nevaeh sings it all the time..."I got a funky, funky rash. I got a funky, funky rash....I need some butt cream". The hilarious part is that she sings f_ cky and _ ss in place of funky and rash!

4th of July 2012 Fair!

The 4th of July Fair (until the storm cancelled the fireworks!).....Nevaeh loved the bouncy toys and face painting, but pretty unsure of the pony ride!

SUMMER 2012

2.25 yrs- POND

Nevaeh had fun swimming in Grandpa Baker's pond.  She told me, "The fishes bit my butt!"  LOL

2.25 YRS. - OUR WEEKEND

Nevaeh spent the night again. We had such fun. She loves to pretend....she told Grandpa Dason, "You are my pretend Daddy and Grandma Shelly (first time she called me by my first name) is my pretend Mommy and I am the baby!". .....Later in the day, I got her ready for a casual outdoor wedding....She wanted to wear her flip flops....I said NO because we were going to a wedding and then a birthday party (holding my breath waiting for her to throw a fit)....instead she said, " Ok then I will just pretend they are my flip flops!". .....When we were in the car, she asked me something and I didn't hear her, she got my attention by calling out for " Grandma Shelly" again....I asked why she wasn't calling me Grandma Dason....she said, "Hmmmmm, that's your name!". LOL.

2.25 YRS OLD- BOUNCY SEAT!

FYI ICHAT message from Mommy.....She is jealous of Camden sitting in her old seat so she wanted to lay in it this morning lol......and she is just as content as she was when she was a baby in it lol Even though she doesn't want to give up some of her baby habits like sucking on a paci and wearing diapers....this little one is growing up waaaayyyy tooooo fast. Just this morning, she sat on the couch and bumped the cell phone on with her leg. She said, "I sorry Mommy, I turn it off". She reached down, picked up the phone and turned it off without asking how! :-)

2 yrs.- FUN IN THE SUN!

We had a great time this weekend (90 degrees again)! ... Nevaeh's new song is from Dora the Explorer....she went around singing, "I speak Spanish and English, too. I love them both.  How about you?"  She was also very loving and gave  everyone kisses....even her cousin, Baby Gracyn (in utero 24w6d).  The last picture cracks me up...we had a nice pool and she chose to play outside of the pool with a container of water!  Doesn't take much to amuse her!

2 yrs. - JUST CHILLIN!

Just chillin with Aunt Caitlin!  There was an air conditioner close by  and it came on while we were eating ice cream.  Neveah said, "What's up with that?"  LOL!

2YRS. - DOLLY

Today, we had to put a diaper on the dolly, wrap her in a blanket and buckle her in a car seat before we left the house!
